Terms & Conditions

MERCHANDISE & SET-UP

  1. Items will be curated by the agreement between the Sundrop Garden and the venue, Green Sun. Sustainable vendors must declare and submit a complete list of items that will be displayed and sold.

  2. Only items allowed in the gathering are produce grown organically and complies to organic farming standards, items made from all-natural ingredients (no chemicals), package-free items, and zero-waste solutions.

  3. STRICTLY NO PLASTIC bags, disposable plastic styrofoam containers and utensils, mesh racks, and tarpaulins allowed.

  4. Sustainable Vendors are encouraged to explore bulk and refill options and biodegradable, reusable, recycled packaging such as banana leaves, newspaper, glass jars, cloth, net bags, etc. Reusable plates, cutleries and cups are highly encouraged. Locally-sourced creations are also highly encouraged.

  5. The Sundrop Garden will assign sustainable vendors to their respective spaces. Specific requests will be considered on a case-to-case basis.

CONFIRMATION & RESERVATION

  1. Event details:

    Date: Sunday, November 10, 2019
    Time: 1PM-11PM

  2. Booth rental fee is PHP 3000 per day. Inclusive of:

    • 1 admission ticket into the LISTENING GALLERY and MUSIC GATHERING

    • 10 available hours of booth operation

    • A half or whole of one IBM table (1.5ft x 6ft), black table cover, 1 chair (see below)

    • signage customised to your brand name

  3. Deadline for applications will be Monday, October 28, 2019.

  4. Payments must be settled by midnight of Wednesday, October 30, 2019.
    * Reservation will be forfeited for unpaid sustainable vendors.

  5. No refund policy will be applied.

  6. Should the event be cancelled due to "force majeure" or situations beyond the control of any parties such as natural calamities, accidents and public disorder, 50% of the total payment will be remitted to the sustainable vendor.

  7. To confirm reservation, kindly provide the following

    • Completed Sustainable Vendors, Manila application form here. The submitted application form indicates that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

    • Copy of deposit slip or payment confirmation

DAMAGES & LIABILITY

  1. Sustainable vendors are responsible for the safety of its goods and belongings. Sustainable vendors will hold the Sundrop Garden and its organisers and partners free from any liability for damage/lost that may incur as a result of its participation in the event.

  2. Sustainable vendors shall be held accountable for any damages incurred by reason or fault or negligence in their respective areas.

INGRESS/EGRESS

  1. Ingress starts at 11:30AM. Booth set-up must be done by 12PM.

  2. Market opens at 1PM.

  3. Sustainable vendors are required to sell at least until 5PM unless items are sold out prior.

  4. Egress starts at 11PM.
